Frequently Asked Questions

Updates will roll out gradually throughout Q1, and we’ll provide clear guidance ahead of time. 

For most of the upcoming improvements, no action is required.

However, if you are using Discover, please note that existing Discover viewpoints will not automatically transfer to the new Discover experience. You’ll be able to recreate them using the same viewpoint tools in the core application you are familiar with.

Any future transitions or required changes will be communicated early, with clear instructions and plenty of time to adapt.

Yes. Several updates will roll out progressively throughout Q1, and some will be available to test in beta before they become generally available.


Right now, the new Discover experience is open for beta testing for customers who already have Discover enabled. Read here how to get started. 


More betas will follow early next year, and we’ll communicate when each becomes available for you to test.

Light guidance may be helpful, but we’re intentionally designing these improvements to be easier for new and existing users. When relevant, we’ll provide short videos, tooltips, and documentation to support your internal rollout.
