Workspaces (repository) are used to group or divide areas of your documentation into a smaller, more understandable sections. This makes it easier for domain experts to work on their domain and to connect several expert domains together for greater insights.
The architecture in Ardoq is built on data. Automatic visualizations are displayed based on the data on the components and reference. Data becomes information when it is connected. This can also be referred to as factsheets, attributes or entities.
All customers with Ardoq have a dedicated Customer Success Manager. In addition to structured onboarding and consistent follow up, our customers also get live chat support and access to Ardoq University.
Dynamic presentations enable the wider organization to consume the information focusing on their perspective. These can be embedded or shared via a URL. When updates are done in Ardoq, the presentations will automatically update.
Because the information in Ardoq is built on data, the data can be analyzed and presented in custom dashboards or exported as reports. This can be done with advanced search or querying the data to traverse the graph for easy and impactful analysis.
Surveys in Ardoq are more than just surveys. Surveys are personalized UIs where many people in the organization can contribute and maintain information in Ardoq in a user friendly interface designed for them.
Ardoq has an open REST-API and several out-of-the-box integrations. With easy access to the API using webhooks, components, references and fields can be automatically created, updated and removed.
An extra organization is a different environment that can be used for testing or to structure the architecture as a parent company would structure their daughter companies. There is of course no limitation to the number of extra organizations that can be added.
