(FAQs)
Ardoq’s platform includes three outcome-based modules:
- Business & IT Optimization (Visibility)
- Strategic Planning (Transformation)
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (Oversight)
Each module contains tools, solutions, and visualizations aligned to a specific EA outcome, from app rationalization and transformation planning to risk management and compliance. All plans include unlimited users, full metamodel flexibility, and powerful collaboration tools like Ardoq Discover and Broadcasts.
Ardoq pricing is based on the number of applications you manage, not on user count. This makes the cost easy to predict, scale, and align with your architecture footprint. You can start small and grow over time. To get accurate pricing for your organization, contact sales for a custom quote.
We strongly recommend starting with the full Ardoq platform to unlock the complete set of outcomes across visibility, strategic planning, and governance. This approach ensures faster time to value, fewer internal blockers, and a more scalable foundation for growth. However, we understand that every organization is different. If you need a more focused entry point, we do offer options. Contact our sales team to find the right starting point for your needs.
Yes. Ardoq supports configurable surveys, Broadcast workflows, custom viewpoints, and flexible governance frameworks - all designed to adapt to your internal processes. You can also automate reviews and approval chains.
Ardoq charges based on the number of applications in your workspace. Pricing is modular, aligned to business outcomes and always includes unlimited users and core platform capabilities. Add-ons are available at fixed prices and per app (depending on the add-on).
As your number of applications increases, you move into a higher app tier, but your price per app decreases, making Ardoq more cost-efficient as you scale. We notify you when you're nearing tier thresholds.
Per our contracts, we define an application as a deployed and running software solution that provides specific business or technology capability, performs a defined task or analyzes specific information, regardless of it's deployment environment (SaaS, local, etc.)
While we do not offer a generic free trial, we frequently offer guided pilots through our Customer Success and Sales teams. These are tailored to your architecture goals and often include onboarding support to ensure success.
No. Features are grouped into outcome-based modules to deliver complete value, rather than selling individual features a la carte. However, select add-ons like Sandbox, AI Process Modeling, and Priority Support are available separately.
