Which version of these documents applies?

Each document has an Effective Date. If your ordering document has been signed (or will besigned) after the Effective Date mentioned below, these terms apply to you. If your ordering document has been signed before, please check the Archive at the bottom of this page or contact your Ardoq sales representative.

Can we replace Ardoq’s MSA with the buyer’s?

No, and we do not believe that it would be in the interest of the customer even if we did. Ardoq’s service delivery relies heavily on standardization and automation, which require to be reflected in our legal terms. Starting from the buyer’s template would require re-engineering clauses to fit Ardoq’s technical model, delaying onboarding and increasing cost for both parties. Ardoq’s forms, on the other hand, already reflect how our services are delivered — including data processing, support, security, and liability - which ensures faster review, predictable implementation, and access to tested terms already used across our customer base. For this reason, the most efficient approach and the one that guarantees the fastest outcome is to start from Ardoq’s standard agreement and address any specific concerns through targeted clarifications or addenda. This allows both sides to reach a fair and workable contract quickly while maintaining the integrity of Ardoq’s standardized SaaS delivery.

Can we change our support and security terms?

We are proud of our industry leading support services and of our certified security infrastructure. However, the reason why we are able to provide such high quality services is also the same reason why we cannot agree to changes to our terms: standardization. As an Ardoq customer, you receive access to a shared platform, which is supported, maintained and secured centrally, which means that the same team provides the same services to all our customers.
