You feel really listened to when you talk to the teams (CSM, support and even development teams sometimes). Not the cheapest tools by far but compared to very little staff you need to run it, you gain money at the end, I think. Also very flexible and lightweight, we wouldn't have succeeded using tools such as Mega or Harris with our small team".
