We’re proud to be listed amongst the top 10 providers of Enterprise Architecture Management Suites

Ardoq, synonymous with New Enterprise Architecture, has been named a Strong Performer by Forrester Research in the March 4 2019 release of Forrester Wave™: EAMS, Q1 2019.

The report uses a 35-criteria evaluation of enterprise architecture management suite (EAMS) providers, identifying the 12 most significant ones based on current offering, strategy, and market presence.

“Ardoq is a new entrant to the Forrester Wave with a very solid EAMS offering.[...]Ardoq will meet the needs of most EA professionals and performs strongly in performance management and risk management. Ardoq has a strong strategy and is likely to maintain or improve its position in the market due to its vision and innovation agenda.

Client references indicate that Ardoq has a strong sales and support staff and provides short response times to inquiries and support calls.

Clients also say Ardoq’s offering significantly improves EA reporting capabilities. Ardoq, founded in 2013, is established globally. Its largest industry segments are finance/insurance, public sector, and transport/logistics.”

- The Forrester Wave™: EAMS, Q1 2019, Forrester Research, Inc., May 4, 2019

Best practices and tools in Enterprise Architecture are being redefined by pressure to digitally transform. This impacts both the IT landscape — where the mega trend is the shift from fixed on-premise to dynamic hybrid cloud — as well as business capability enablement, security, and governance.

It is exciting to see progressive EAs rise to the opportunity; sidelining inwards-looking adherence to decades-old rigid frameworks, and embracing flexible open data modeling and democratization of ecosystem insights instead. Old Enterprise Architecture is dying, replaced by vibrant new Enterprise Architecture.

EAMS tools are increasingly addressing complex analytical challenges through data integration with physical asset repositories, application performance management tools, master data management tools, business process management tools, and other systems of record.

“EA is shifting from manual data entry and drawing to APIs connecting data dimensions that matter directly from source systems in real-time, and making this converged ecosystem data accessible by graph querying — and ultimately democratized to all. It certainly is a very exciting time to work in EA,”
