This past quarter, we rolled out a number of platform and solution innovations meant to help you scale with confidence, make insights accessible to everyone, and connect your architecture directly to action. From better controls over permissions and data, to integrations that automate workflows, and AI features that move from speed toward governance - Q3 sets the stage for more reliable, discoverable, and trusted architecture practices.

As organizations scale, managing data and permissions becomes more complex. In Q3, we delivered two major capabilities that bring oversight and control into one place - making governance easier and reducing manual effort.
Managing permissions across a growing architecture can be time-consuming and error-prone. With Access Overview, administrators gain a consolidated view of user access across the organization. No more jumping between workspaces, surveys, or reports - everything you need is in a single, intuitive interface. You can see how permissions are configured, bulk update rights, and confidently audit access in minutes.
As architecture estates grow, so does the challenge of keeping data consistent and usable. Data Inventory provides a centralized, scalable, and secure way to manage EA data — all in one place. Designed to handle even the largest datasets, it makes editing, validating, and reporting on thousands of components straightforward. Inline edits, bulk updates, and one-click filtered reports mean teams can spend less time maintaining data and more time turning it into actionable insight.
Architecture data only makes an impact when it’s easy to understand and act on. This quarter’s dashboard and reporting updates give stakeholders clearer, more engaging ways to explore insights. Full-screen charts make trends easier to analyze, dynamic date filters keep information current, and note widgets allow teams to annotate and guide conversations. Together, these improvements help turn dashboards into living stories that drive alignment.
Solutions connect architecture directly to business outcomes. This quarter, we delivered new ways to launch faster and stay compliant.
Regulatory Compliance Solution: Meeting regulatory requirements can be a resource drain, with constant documentation and monitoring. The new Regulatory Compliance Solution helps map requirements directly to architecture data, ensuring organizations stay audit-ready without the heavy lifting.
Frameworks and Resources: With Frameworks & Resources, teams can use pre-built models for capability frameworks, assurance metamodels, and quality standards - saving setup time and helping you get value faster.
In Q2, our AI innovations were focused on speed and productivity. By Q3, the need had shifted: enterprises needed ways to scale insights, make them discoverable, and govern AI responsibly. Here’s how we responded.
Process maps are often static and difficult to navigate. With Ardoq ShiftX’s natural language interface, they become interactive: ask questions, spot inefficiencies, and adapt workflows in plain language. This opens process modeling to a broader audience, not just specialists.
With the AI Gateway (MCP Server) now generally available, Ardoq moves beyond simple data lookups. You can now query dashboards, viewpoints, and even the metamodel, ask discovery-level questions like “Where do we have overlapping applications across business units?”, and generate ad-hoc visualizations. Best of all, insights can be accessed directly through assistants like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini - putting architecture data where people already work.
AI adoption is growing quickly, but without oversight it creates risk. The new AI Lens Solution (coming soon) provides the visibility enterprises need: where AI is being used, who owns it, and whether it complies with frameworks like the EU AI Act. It connects AI adoption to both value and risk, enabling responsible adoption of Agentic AI.
Innovation doesn’t stop with what’s available today. Ardoq Labs is our space for experimentation — where customers can test early AI concepts, preview what’s next, and share feedback that shapes our roadmap. From exploratory roadmaps to context-aware agents, Labs gives you a front-row seat to the future of EA.

Seamless integrations ensure that architecture data reflects reality and flows from and into the tools stakeholders use every day. In Q3, we strengthened these connections:
Azure Integration Enhancements: Scaled to handle the largest environments with faster, more reliable imports.
API Upload with Configuration: Reuse standardized configurations for consistent, automated data ingestion.
Scheduled Excel Imports from SharePoint: Eliminate manual uploads with scheduled syncs, while connecting seamlessly with PowerBI and PowerAutomate.
Together, these improvements reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and keep teams aligned with the latest data.
